Fedhealth Medical Scheme
Complaint logged and a month later still awaiting

I have queried this with Fed health since the 20/03/13, I had 2 Laparoscopes done in a period of 2 weeks.
Fed health failed to pay the first anaesthetists claim in full from my in hospital benefit, with admission from the previous hello peter they made an error to the 2nd claim and paid it in full.
My saving was depleted as fed health short paid for the 1st procedure from in hospital and paid balance with my savings. I have logged a complaint on email, requested call backs which is practically asking for gold. Eventually I have cancelled my membership due to non service delivery and fed health has now decided to send me to ITC, because I have used up my saving and they wanted it a portion to be paid back. This is for the same reason I have been disputing this claim payment for several months, call centre useless and cant answer and continuous advising this will be escalated. I have received email responses advising, paid partly from in hospital and partly from savings never resolving my complaint. I need this to be paid fully from my in hospital benefit refund the saving and all will be consolidated. eventually get a call regarding my complaint, a month later still no feedback!!!
