Firstly, I want to state that the service I have received from Resolution has been awesome to thus far. But now...
I requested a change of banking details on my wife's medical aid on the 30th of July. I sent through the requested documents and statements.
After about 5 emails, and multiple phonecalls, this has still not been resolved.
This morning when I phoned again, my phonecall got mysteriously cut off.
Please guys can we get this resolved? My medical aid account now shows as unpaid, because the account that was used previously, did not have any money in it.
Please fix this asap, as I know you can do better.
