Discovery Health has announced via all media channels the following: "From January 2013, Discovery Health Medical Scheme members registered on the Chronic Illness Benefit for hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes or asthma will qualify for up to 25% cash back on a wide range of items purchased from Dis-Chem stores countrywide. They will also receive a gift bag rich in products appropriate to their chronic condition. To save and earn up to 25% cash back, members need to activate ChroniCare at [URL Removed] complete a Vitality Health Check and swipe their loyalty card when shopping at Dis-Chem." As my husband uses Chronic medication purchased from Dischem, I have tried to activate the Chronicare for a week now and the link above opens a page that does not exist. I have phoned Discovery Call Centre today and I was informed that this benefit will be available only from March when the link will actually work. Very disappointing and unprofessional!
