I have been listed on the ITC Business Administrator. Discovery Health have put me on there, they are claiming that I cancelled on them. When in fact they dropped me as a client.
I have no phone call, emails or even a letter stating I owe them anything. How can they go and put someone on a bad credit listing if they have NOT followed a single legal procedure in notifying me I owe them anything?
I want this sorted out. I will be going to my lawyer to help me with this matter, as I don't owe Discovery anything. They dropped me unlawfully due to non disclosure. But they know that i have been a client since I was born. A fact I told them but the choose to ignore.
