Poor service or no service at all!!!

My mother was booked in at Medi Clinic (Vereeniging) on Sunday 28th July 2013, because she was complaining of severe abdominal pains. We got there 11am in the morning and finally at 4pm in the afternoon they booked her in and figured out that she had to have her gual bladder removed. They then sent her to Donald Gordon hospital yesterday morning to do the procedure as Medi Clinic (Vereening) did not have the right tools to do the job. On arrival back last night at about 11pm my mother was obviously in severe pain after the procedure and needed the necessary medication to relief the pain.
This morning, 31st July 2013, my mother complained again from the pain that was hiking.By 1pm they sent her for X-Rays as the doctor was worried because of the pain not subsiding. At 4pm the nurses realized that the drip with pain medication was not inserted correctly and assured her they will see that it gets sorted out... THEY CAME TO ASSIST MY MOTHER 3 HOURS LATER!!! I don't know about anyone else, but if you have an operation you would like to stabilize the pain as much as you can...

I am DISGUSTED with the service and nurses attitudes at Medi Clinic!
