ITC - Clearance (after payments were done)

The medical aid was cancelled, on the 19/3/2013 we receive email for payment due R12032.05. The payment was done the same day. On the 4/9/2013 we receive another email telling us we are suspended due pay ment. The medical aid was cancelled and paid. How is it possible that we can be suspended? Further on you emailed us again and advice the calculation was wrongly done and another amount was due. We request why? Never receive any communication? When we apply for new loan it show for ITC, now I am inconvenienced by the ITC Listing. You only send a letter say it was paid in full that mean nothing because with ITC it still show and no credit application can be done, not even a cellphone contract. The Relationship Manager from Discovery inform me it has to stay for 12 months and the letter is done. After a lot emails with Danita we only receive a letter and revised on ITC payment was received. This is unacceptable and would like to have a manger higher than the Relationship Manager to resolve please. We do not even approve for a cellphone or any Application. Can someone please go into the case to resolve the matter. We were for many years part of Discovery and our money was good enough
