CAN'T GET ANY INFORMATION

I have been trying to phone the 011 248 5700 number as listed on the website.

I wanted to book one night and I and couldn't find any pics of the rooms or night time activities at the Gold Reef City Theme Park Hotel.

I have phoned the above number 4 times already to speak to someone to get information yet no one answers the number. The website is not informative and I have recommended this hotel to several friends overseas who wanted to come to SA in Aug / Sept...

Well, I think I'll be changing my recommendation as I still can't book or get more information about the accommodation, activities, etc - all I get is a price which is great, but what value do I get???

I know you are a big group of hotel chains but no reason to drop on service - I haven't even booked and can't get any customer service from you, what will the service be like if I had to book and stay there.

Come on guys, this is not acceptable - can't log a query online as the response time is 48 - 72hrs and I wanted to make a booking for 26/7! I can't wait that long as I would need to find alternative accommodation!!!
