Appalling Customer Service

I wanted to make a booking for an 8 night stay in CapeTown in February 2014 for myself & my husband. On Friday 22nd November I got on to the safari.now website & entered my requested dates, so as to eliminate those places that didn't have accommodation available for my dates. The few responses that I got from accommodation providers came in late - mostly after 2-3 days. Most of them said they were fully booked despite the fact that the safari.now website said they had availability. 6 of the establishments haven't even bothered to reply to my enquiries. It's now 6 days later! Furthurmore, I have sent 3 emails to safari.now expressing my extreme dissatisfaction with the appalling service. They haven't bothered to reply to any of my emails. They have wasted many hours of my precious time. Why has safari.now gone down so very badly. I'll never ever book with them again especially after reading all the other complaints about them on this website. I've now made my own booking directly with a hotel in CaoeTown.
