False Advertising, Unclean, unprofessional

I do not think I have ever been as horrified in my life.
Images on the website display an upmarket establishment. Rooms were said to have crisp white sheets and images displayed for the "standard" rooms looked great, but on arrival, the luxury room didnt even look close to the websites depiction of a room of a lower standard.
Shannon, the receptionist was dressed in a pink track suite top, with old worn slippers, and she reeked of alcohol. The rooms are outside up against a barb wire wall with a very unsafe looking field behind it, with a beautiful view of what looked like a dirty dump area on the actual property. The doors had clearly previously been tampered with. The sheets and pillow cases has not been washed and were still wrinkled and smelly from the previous guest. athere was most definitely no other pillows other than the pathetic two and the bed looked nothing like web.

I immediately left the room and told Shannon that I am not prepared to stay in an unsafe and dirty environment, and I called the Manager Hennie, who proceeded to refuse to refund me the money that I had payed upfront, saying I do not have enough of a valid reason. Legal action to be taken if not. Sis.
