I have a wife and four kids who all use spectacles and these days it is rather difficult to find a good optometrist. Over the years i have visited many and hated going there because you have to beg to get an early appointment and once you are there you are always rushed into decisions on frames. I have been using the Spec savers Boksburg for about 2 years now and every time i just get more and more impressed with their service. There were times that Melanie assisted in straightening my families frames and assisting with emergency appointments which she could only fit in rather late which inconvenience her, she would always do it with greatest of smile (absolute passion for her job). Abt a week ago my child lost her specs, i went to Melani and asked her if could order a new set which i will be paying cash for. Melani went into the system, made some calls and advised me that we could get a replacement pair and i only pay a co-payment. Not alot of people these days will go out of their way to assist in a crisis with out any benefit to them as she cud of made a sale. Melanie acted in a professional, honest, friendly manner showing care for a customer (Best service ever)
