Game Lodge / Wedding Venue is nothing like on Website. Rooms are old, disgusting & dirty, with many broken items. No service at all. No-one to show us to our rooms, & no Reception area. We had to ask around to find someone to show us to our rooms. We changed rooms twice (front door wouldn't lock, aircon not connected [& not even a fan in the boiling room] & flooding toilet). Kids changed rooms due to flooding toilet. Our last room had no key for the front door. There are not even bar-fridges in the rooms. Rooms were not serviced at all during our 3 day stay. A set menu is supposedly available, but when enquiring, we were told that they hadn't prepared anything, as they didn't know we would be eating at the lodge (???). We were referred to other restaurants nearby. Anyway, we wouldn't have eaten at this Lodge after seeing the disgusting kitchen - full of cockroaches. Pantry was dirty, with pots and pans strewn all over the floor. The old communal fridge had no shelves. Other guests had to pile their stuff, one thing on top of the other. As for the so-called Wedding venue, the chapel is basically falling apart, & with the chandeliers all broken. Pool is green. Won't go back!!!
