Using a website call [URL Removed] we found this establishment and liked what we saw. We requested a quotation from this establishment for a 2 night stay in May 2013, for 2 x adults and 1 x child. We received the quotation for 2 x Double en-suite luxury rooms for a total amount of R 3 200.00, and they requested a 50% deposit, which we accepted, and paid the deposit. We were then sent a confirmation from [URL Removed] to acknowledge the transaction and again detailed that we had booked 2 x luxury double en-suite rooms. The establishment, then turned around and said that we only booked 1 x room, and that my child must now sleep in the "hunters" room which is across the swimming pool from our room, at an extra charge of R 600.00. After sending our query to [URL Removed] we get informed that the establishment cannot accomodate us in the 2 rooms for that cost. Now to wait for the refund of our deposit, and we still need to find another establishmant.
