I had a test done 2nd March 2012, that I paid for. Several months later, a lady called me from Lancet informing me that I had 2 outstanding bills with Lancet, I never received an invoice for one bill & the second one I had paid in full before receiving the service. This week, I received a message from ITC-BA that I had been handed over. I emailed Lancet a copy of the payment for the first invoice & informed them that my medical Aid does not reimburse expenses over 6 months old for the 2nd Invoice.. The ITC-BA keep sending me texts daily & a rude lady told me they will not stop...
Lancet, can you explain why you never sent me an invoice for the R400.90 in good time, (even as we speak I don't have it)... and why I would make a payment of R386.80 & you are not aware? I sent an email & have not received a response...
