In August last year i asked Fedhealth to please stop sending me my invoices etc via post but to send them to my email. Since then I have called them 4 times as I am still getting the invoices in the post and email! I have moved and my old landlord is now complaining as they constantly get this mail. Big surprise when yesterday another invoice was received!
I am now looking into changing medical aids, if Fedhealth cannot even control their invoicing service, what is going to happen when I need to claim?!
