LANCET HAS VERY RUDE CUSTOMER AGENTS

I have been called by Lancet people over 20 times claiming my medical aid is not paying them for the blood test which i have to do twice a month, i have been explaining to them that they have to send a statement through to my medical aid with the correct ICD number but they do not. I then requested for the invoices to be sent through to myself so that i can forward them to my medical aid and yet still they send the invoices without the icd number and what is worse is these agents are rude and always drop calls! it is annoying to deal with lancet
