I had a baby in November and there were a lot of pathcare accounts, some paid by medical aid and some not. Medical aid didn't notify me everytime a payment was not made and invoices didn't always reach me by post. I sent Pathcare an email in March to which I'm still waiting for a response. I paid the accounts that I had invoices for and today I receive an "Imminent Court Action" notice stating that my "lack of action leaves us with no alternative". According to my records Pathcare, this exact amount of R326.05 was paid in March! I would appreciate someone responding to my email and informing me of any other outstanding accounts and consolidating my account properly before sending me "yellow letters".
