It started in February when I received a text message in the middle of the night to inform me that they had received a claim from a doctor. I phoned the next day and the lady said I must get used to it. I said it is unacceptable and she said that I must send an e-mail. I did, but no response. On 24 April I sent another e-mail and I mentioned the ombudsman. On 30 April they respond and said they will forward it to the relevant dept. Nothing happened. On 2 June I wrote a letter to Mr M. Coetzee, vice-chair of the board of trustees, and posted it to the address in Fontainebleau. No reaction. On 28 June I phoned again and Bruno put me through to Red at client services. I asked him to remove my cellnumber from my contact details because they have my landline number. On 11 July at 00:16 I received another sms. I dont know what to do anymore. Can you please help me?
