Incompetent staff

My husband was admitted in the Netcare Rosebank clinic in April. Dr. Ferguson did his surgery and after discharge the doctor submitted his account to Netcare Medical scheme. In May I followed up re the payment and was told this would be paid. I followed up every month since then May, June, July, and again in August. I also send two e-mails confirming when this Doctor would be paid. Last night I phoned again and was told they need to phone the Dr for his Id. Surely this cant take 5 months to phone a Dr. and also why was I not told this. She also stated that she needs his banking details when it is printed clearly on the bottom of the account. I requested that a manager phone me today to find out when this account would be paid as Dr. Ferguson have now handed my husband over for bad debt. up to date no call was received. I am really not happy with Netcare Medical scheme and feels someone needs to take respnsibility for this.
