I have depression, my doctor want to book me in at Denmar Hospital, I am battling to get authorization from Res. Health since 16th April, this is an urgent matter and we do not get any results from them. I have been send from one person to another, all they can say is the board are still waiting. This is unacceptable, if I do not get authorization today, I am going to loose my bed at the hospital, and then I have to wait 3 weeks.
Every time we ask if we could get contact details from the board or somebody we can speak to they cant help me!!! 1
Seriously how long does this take???
