I have sent Doctor's accounts to [Email Removed] to be reimbursed, since the doctors refuse to claim from the medical aid themselves. ( I wonder why) I have sent the bills on 22 February, as well as 26 February, and have up to date received no reply, nor did I receive my payment. Our tariffs went up, but the progressive flex plan we are on, are weaker. I am truly dissatisfied with their incompetence, I have struggled previously for 4 weeks to change the claims refund bank details, and now they are ignoring me again to refund me for expenses which I have paid.
