I have cancelled my Medical Gap Cover and need a cancellation letter to apply for new cover. I've sent an e-mail on 26 June 2013 and received a response that copy of the letter was posted and I would receive one via e-mail. Nothing happened, I sent 2 follow up e-mails and to this date have not received anything. Yesterday I sent a mail to explain that I am going to log a complaint, and guess what? No response as usual. So basically I've tried for almost a month to get a simple letter saying that my cover has been cancelled, but maybe you dont care since I'm not a client anymore. Well I have news, I was contemplating investing some of my money in your Smoothed Bonus funds since I have made use of it in the past but you have persuaded me to take my business somewhere else.
