Good afternoon, I still have an outstanding account with Medi Clinic Kimberley which has not been authorized (I were brought under impresion that I in fact did have authorization when I were in hospital and therefore did stay over). The blood tests (in hospital) as well as the MRI scan (out of hospital) were done and clearly there were no indication of previous problems that were not disclosed to Bestmed during application. The procedures done in hospital were done purely based on my condition that day.
Could you please provide feedback what more you need from my side (blood test results, MRI results?) in order to get authorization for the hospital and get the account setteled? The 1st of February 2014, I will be one year with Bestmed and never have missed a payment.
