I've phone them more than 6times already and still I don't have any answers.
According to them: "They don't pick me up on the system and say i've canceled membership on the first of January 2012.
Every month thry deduct money from my account for a year but they don't pick me up on the system.
After spending more than R300 in airtime and an employee putting the phone down in my ear and tell me they don't have time to speak to me the are leaving for the day.
Please I need to know do I still have a active medical aid (if this is so I need a letter and an apology from them, if not they have to pay back my contributions for the whole of last year.
