Poor service delivery, empty promises

I registered for baby and me an all was satisfactory handled and in time. The problem came when the gynae visits were not debited from the baby and me portion but from my savings account. I queried telephonically and were told reversals of visits will be done from date of registration, nothing happend. I called again same reply, 3rd and 4th call I was promised a callback which I never received. I emailed claims, received automated reply, until date no feedback. My savings is on approx r700 due to above and I'm delivering next week. What happens if I get sick in the interim, who will pay for my GP visits as my savings account have not been credited with Gynae visits wrongfully debited. Medical Aids are suppose to help in need and not be the need or problem. I am utterly dissapointed with regards my urgent matter being adressed.
