Incorrect claim YET AGAIN!!!

I will not advise any of the Bankmed members to register for this baby and me program, after so much of hassles calling in to correct claims and reverse claims, use my airtime to call in for Bankmed to rectify their errors. I have still not received any feedback regarding this last 2 gynae visits which has to be reversed from my specialist fee. The gynae was short paid as well which is so odd as the prev claims has been paid in full. My son is 7 weeks old and yet m still having issues with incompetent staff regarding this program. My specialist and GP fees that was charged MUST be reversed for the last 2 gynae visits in April which I had 2 visits left on baby and me program. If this matter is not attended to ASAP I will be forced to forward my complaint to you CEO then as I'm clearly being taken for a RIDE!!! Bankmed is the worse or no sorry most PATHETIC medical aid I know, the service big time and yet we are forced to make use of ur services yet we as customers DO NOT get satisfaction out of this medical aid. What has happened to customer service and what am I paying for then!!! I will not advise any member to register for this program never!!!
