DISGUSTED AND MAD AS!

I've had a query since 24/04/13 to date 13/05/13 and none of the consultants (Tshepo, Tracy, Lulu, Nandipha, Shenelle and Anathi) including team leader (Debbie Niewoudt) and manager (Glen Gideon) have resolved it. I'm highly pregnant and was advised that i'm registered on Baby and Me programme and have 5 free Gynaecologist visits which hasnt been true in this case. Instead my Gynae visits are going off my GPSpecialist fee which has left me with almost no funds to consult the Doctor. I logged this query and was told it will be sorted out in 24 hours since 24/04/13 already and that all the funds will be reimbursed back to my GPSpecialist group. I have been calling almost every second day and all those days, both Debbie and Glen are in meeetings. I've left countless messages for the both of them and none of them have taken the initiative to call me back or better still, resolve the query. I am now forced to pay cash to see my Gynae cause someone at Bankmed is not doing their job. I cant afford this, at all! I should be saving for my baby and experiencing a happy pregnancy, instead i'm dealing with this useless, incompentent medical scheme. I CAN'T WAIT TO GET OFF THIS SCHEME!
