Shocking Customer Service

Every time I speak to someone in the customer services centre at One Plan I get a different story.
First I am covered for R500 for blood tests then I am only covered for R450.
Then I am covered for R280 for GP visits and now I am only covered for R240.
I was told R450 was available to me to go and pay a pathology bill, I go pay the service provider and it declines without word from anyone at the call centre that R410 was infact the only amount they could give me at the time, yet I recieved confirmation thar R450 was available on my card???
I was then told that I had to wait 4 months before I could claim for my gynae visits, then I was told that I can claim straight away from the day I found out I was pregnant. Now I have no idea how I can claim for my gynae visits, I get a different story every time I phone.

I have never received such confusing and incorrect service from a call centre before and am absolutely disappointed in the service I have received since day one.

I have had to pay nearly every single medical bill I have received because I just cannot seem to win with One Plan.
