What a pleasure

Hello
I am typing this with a feeling of gratitude in my heart. We got married on july 13th this year and whilst it was a bit stressful leading up to the event, our service providers really went the extra mile to make our day that much more special. What stood out for us most was that it really came across as being a geniune care to provide a spectacular event as opposed to just doing what the customer paid for.

Mary and James helped tremendously with the financial side of things as well as accomodating our requests without a complaint. I acknowledge that they are apart of a team and hope that this letter filters down from management all the way to the waiters and bar staff that worked that night.

People always complain when things go wrong so its only right to commend when compliment is due as well.
We gave our guests a night to rememeber, food was excellent and efficiency remarkable.
