INCOMPETENT AND LIARS

I registered for the Baby and Me programme in Jan. Only got feedback from Bankmed 3 months later. I was informed of the benefits I get with the Baby and me programme like 5 Gynea visits for free and found out the tests I did in February some of the tests are part of the Baby and Me Care Plan Benefits. Nothing was said about this and no one tried to rectify this because I did call to enquire why blood tests get deducted from savings. I've sent numerous emails and called but I was only refunded 3 of the Gynea visits and thats it. I was told by the call centre agent that the turn around time for the refund department to refund my blood test and the 2 Gynea vists is 5 days. It's been more than 5 days and I feel I dont want to talk to the Agents because they lie. My savings are currently exhausted and yet I am suppose to be on one of the best plan for Bankmed. It's frustrating paying so much for medical aid and still pay from my pocket for medication and doctors visits.
I would appreciate if my savings can be reimbursed according to the benefit plan ASAP.
