Bad claims service

I'm pregnant and on the baby and me programme from Bankmed since from late last year. But funny enough each time I went to the gynae the funds were taken from my savings account instead of the the baby and me programme! ive called in numerous times to query this and have been given instructions / steps to follow to rectify it. I have followed each and every instruction but they still continue to take the funds from my savings. I was also told to put in a claim through to their claims department and to this day the claims have not been processed.

im very dissapointed in Bankmed. I'm going on maternity leave now and have nothing left in my savings.
every email they send me goes into my work email and I won't be around to get them, and fear that by the time I get back the claims will have expired by then.

please help...
