Im still waiting for authorization

On the 4th of July i called in to Momentum Call Center for authorization to see a GP and the Lady i spoke to was Keshnie, the ref. for the call 179289351, she told me that my query will be marked has urgent and within 48 hours she will get back to me with feedback. I t is now a week later and i still not get a call from anyone at momentum health. I need to go to see her GP for a possible ear infection and i did not go for treatment because i was told that i need authorization for GP visits after my 10th visit for the year, which they initially stated that i get unlimited GP visits for the year. So i guess if i was very ill and needed authorization i would have probably died by now because they never get back to me yet.
