YOU THINK YOU ARE COVERED BUT YOU ARE NOT!

On the 12th of February I went to a dentist (Dr. Zaayman) which was according to Momentum's website part of the network but according to the call centre he is not. Dr. Zaayman reffered me to a specialit to have my wisdom teeth removed but I couldn't go because i couldnt get authorization because Dr. Zaayman is not part of the network.

I then obtained a list of network dentists and made an appointment at Dr. Minaar for Friday the 8th of March.
When I got to the dentist i was told that Momentum refused to give authorization and that they will not pay for the dental appointment.

When the account department phoned Momentum to find out why they said that I already went to a dentist which they paid for - THAT IS A LIE! They DID NOT pay Dr. Zaayman.

Even if they did pay Dr. Zaayman why couldnt I go to another dentist because in my benefits form it says unlimited dental visits. What does unlimited mean to Momentum?

When i called the call centre on Friday to try and sort it out you speak to the most incompetend people in South Africa. You have to explain the situation 3 times and then they want to send you a list of network doctors which you already got two weeks ago.
