I needed authorization for 1 of my dependents and i called into the call center for authorization because i am not on medical aid for an entire year they needed to do an investigation however the doctor refuses to fill required documentation for momentum they refuse to give me the authorization and say that there is nothing that they can do i have made numerous calls to them requested that they let me know what is required from my side but but nobody ever calls you back, when you call them back then they tell you need to do certain things, without them informing you was i supposed to smell these things. the service from momentum is disgusting and pathetic. i will not recommend momentum to anyone i rather cancel my policy and go with discovery at least they care about their customers. and by the way this is a life threatening procedure that's needed.
