Hospital admission no issued, where is authorisati

Good day, my membership number is 11637752. I received a letter formatted in pdf from BestMed Authorisation department and the letter stated that the hospital admission number was issued, but where is the authorisation number on this letter? A half notification??? This is not a complete notification.

Please kindly be advised that your failure to issue me the authorisation number is grounds for lodging with CMS. I expect a 48 hours turn around time. You may contact my family doctor, Dr Pierre Rossouw for any clinical information and Dr Rory Harvey as well.
