Discovery Changes ICD Code

Hi

My cover started on 1 July 2013 with a general waiting period except for PMB's. I went to the doctor to register my Ashtma as a PMB. The dcotor filled in the forms with ICD J45.0 and we submitted it, that evening it was approved, very fast service. When the dcotor billed this it was rejected, i know I have 4 Doctors consults for a PMB chrnoic illness that should be paid and have confirmed this with the call center. I queried this and The call center indicated that Discivery changed the ICD 10 from J45.0 to J45.9 for no apparent reason, without informing me or the practice. In all the documenttaion that I received the ICD 10 code is not stated. Could this please be explained to me and if possible corrected and the claim reprocessed. Otherwise could Discovery contact the Doctor and inform them, becaues I do not think that I should tell the doctor to change a diagnoses code.
