We have been waiting at the Copago offices for over an hour. The manager on duty arrived at 10am. There is absolutely no process or communication. People are just walking up to the counter without their number being called and are still being helped. The person "in charge" is half asleep and absolutely disinterested. My husband and I have applied for our US visa as well as UK visa, both of which were completed in under 45mims and were very organized and clear. This has been my worst visa experience yet.
