On 22.06.2013, due to an immediate family emergency, had to book out of Garden Court Kings Beach and rush back to Cape Town.
At the Garden Court Kings Beach spoke to Kaylin who advised that they dont deal with refunds and cancellations, i need to contact Vitality directly
Spoke to ALicia at Vitality on 25.06.2013 and Notula on 28.06.2013 who advised that they need to investigate, after i sent proof of the medica emergency.
on 2nd July 2013, spoke to andries, who placed me on hold and said that he is going to find out what has been done so far. He advised that a refund was captured
but he will get someone to call me back.
Spoke to thulani, 2/7/2013 he advised that on 1/7/2013 the refund has been captured and awaiting approval- call ref: 2914671046
on 5/7/2013 called back to query progress of the refund as no one still got back to me, Thulani promised to get back to me before his shift
ended at 6pm, however he did not call me as promised nor is there any resolution. This service is putrid and the information given is different from every consultant. No one has given me any positive or correct information, I have been told to deal with the company directly before taking it furthe
