Discovery Reference number #2787309865.I contacted discovery on the 1st of February 2013 to advise them that I need to cancel my Vitality agreement with them as I wont be using it. The consultant advised me that It will be cancelled by another department he will send the request through. On the 26th Feb they deducted the amount, I didnt contact as I assumed I probably cancelled late. On the 26March they deducted again, I called them to advise I need a refund as I cancelled. I was asked if I remember the name of the person I spoke to, who does when calling a call centre. I gave them date of call and number I called with. I was advise no they cant help as they dont see anything on the system. The consultant wasnt even interested in escalating to Supervisor
I think its time one shops for a new medical aid as you guys want to eat peoples money. Awaiting response from someone who cares
