DISCOVERY STILL NOT PAYING HEALTHY FOOD BENEFIT

I have not received my healthy food benefit from March 2013. I only started taking notes from the 24th of April 2013. My original ref: 2817233916, called again 26/04 still no solution, 29/04 still no solution, spoke to Joe, 02/05 spoke to Joe again, new ref: 2830598994. Received an SMS 22/05 stating that my complaint was resolved (or something like that, phone crashed), called on 28/05 and was told that it can take up to 1 week to be payed into my account. Called again 31/05 spoke to Tobile (supervisor) said that it was unacceptable that I had not recieved the money and that she would call me back in 10-15 minutes, /- 30 min she called me back saying that she had to attent to a family crisis and someone else would call me back before the end of business, I am still waiting for the call back! Today 05/06/2013, I called again and spoke to Ndivhuho (manager) whom said that he has escalated it again and that he would call me back before the close of business. What a surprise I did not hear from the "Manager" again.
I have little faith in Discovery.
