I recieved an email stating that my account was unpaid for two months which is december 2012 and march 2013, i provided proof of payment and sonia promised to come back to me because she needed to adress the issue to Grace the owner first. since 10/06/2013 until now i have not heard anything from them. i phoned today again wanting to speak to Grace but was not available as always. I even send her "Grace" email still no respond. please help because i am now confused, does this company realy exist, because never in my life heard of any company with one manager, if she is not around nobody can fill in for her or they just ripping me off? they are so unprofessional and very poor in service, should i contiune paying this account or what " frustrated"???
