Please help frustrated client

On the 27/09/2012 02:22PM I receive an email from Sonia Masehela saying that I still have an outstanding amount of R2823.56 that was not paid by my medical aid, so I ask her to give me time because I wanted to find out from my medical aid as to why the money was not paid and also why didn't I get any notification about this. They investigated and came back to me with the answers, so November 2012 I went back to Sonia as promised and made an arrangement for payment. The agreement was I am going to pay R200.00 monthly starting from the month of November until I finished which I did. On the 26/03/2013 02:29PM I received another email from Vuyiswa Mbenenge saying that my account is outstanding again for the month of December 2012 and March 2013, I phoned the office 011 234 8512 looking for Vuyiswa and she was not available and I ask for Sonia and she promised to come back to me and she did not. I have been phoning just to follow up on this issue, I even ask to speak to Grace the manager which she is forever in a meetings and I was told by Sonia that she will ask her to phone me back and up until today im still waiting. On the 10/06/2013 I have send Sonia my proof of payment so that
