I was assured by Grace at the beginning of the month, that my debit order would go off on 20/01/2014. Its already the 3rd day and I'm still waiting and it disorganizes my budget. I have been contacting this lady from December and she keeps saying that the changes have been done. She sent me an email on the 6th to confirm this

Kindly note that the request for payment date change was sent to our admin department on the 18/12/2013, they still busy with your account.
Unfortunately they forgot to cancel debit order for 01/01/2014 .
It has been cancelled now, the next debit will be on the 20/01/2014 .
