I bought Ford Focus from Grace Auto cc in Gezina in June 2013, within 5 months of purchase I had 2 breakdowns, fuel pump being the reason. I only drove the vehicle for about 3 month, the last breakdown was on the 03/11/2013 and I still don't have my vehicle which is with Prologic Auto Electricians and am supposed to pay R3500.00 to get it back. SA Warranties authorised the payment but payment should be done by myself as per Grace Auto.
