Discovery my vitality points

I asked discovery health to transfer my vitality points to my life plan which was not done. Why cant you guys do anything right? I withdrew my health plan effective 30/04/2013 via the call centre!!! I was told that my points could be transferred to my life policy.
however only learn that i am now on blue status and will have start groundwork to reach gold status. Please discovery wake up to life and reinstate my gold status!!! Why would i want to start my vitality only for the 1st of July that makes no sense. If this the service your institution offers i may as well look for alternate life cover as wel!!! deliver on service excellence, its the small things that counts.
