Devious methods used to increase monthly premium

Dear madam/sir,

When I took out my life insurance policy with Discovery life there were a certain set of rules I agreed to by signing the contract including rules used to determine the monthly premium based on my vitality status.
However the Discovery vitality rules keep on changing over the years making it more and more difficult to achieve for example gold which means that the premiums does not get reduced. For example recently Discovery has taken away the transfer of vitality points from one year to the next (in my case transferred points are between 18000 and 22000) as well as lowered the amount of points one can achieve for doing the vitality health check at a pharmacy from 14000 down to 12000. These are just a few examples.

I find this practise of moving the goal post devious and I'm sure this cannot be legal for this type of insurance policy.
By changing the vitality rules you are on purpose causing people not to be able to achieve a reduction in premiums and then force people to for example have to go to the dietitian that costs money to get enough points which I'm sure Discovery probably gets a kickback fee from.
I would like feedback regarding this.
