Progressive Company with no Foresight/thought???

Pathetic! After 5 phone calls and 2 hours later, I still cannot get this sorted out.

I recently wanted to register for the Woolworths Healthy Food benefit. When I called the call centre, I was told it was because my Vitality was linked to my life plan, and not my health plan.

I needed to link Vitality to health plan, and discontinue membership on life plan. Knowing Murphy (and customer service in general), I even suggested paying double the premium and having both memberships run concurrently, to avoid loss of any benefit. Of course, this was not possible. So net net, the phone calls were as follows: (reminding the full requirement at every call)

1. Vitality membership cancelled entirely - Needed to be reinstated to former Status
2. Vitality membership re-instated with zero points/status
3. Vitality membership restored to gold by manual points adjustment
4. Gold to be put to 3rd year status so to gain Diamond next
5. Follow up of healthy food cash back and smart shopper multiplier for March/April (still not awarded)

After all these calls, I have no reward benefit, as my policy was updated but not my wifes!!

I mean really? 15% of gross income spent with Discovery!
