Vitality Status Again Bumped down to Gold

Hi Peter. Me again. As promised in 2012 and 2013, I am back again as once again Vitality have bumped me down from Diamond to Gold status even though I had over 62, 000 points over-qualifying for the 3rd time in a row as I am only meant to acquire 45, 000 per annum to keep my Diamond status. Below is my current status as displayed on my profiel.

38488 points to maintain Gold status. I sincerely don't know when Vitality is going to get their act together and I look forward to my profile being re-instated once again to its original Diamond status. Vitality clearly realises how this affects our other benefits but don't seem to care.
