Once again I am disgusted at your Client service or rather LACK OF IT. I complained on 3.1.2013 on this site and was promised that C.E Mobility would have payment on 14.01.2013. Today I phoned the help line and asked why this had not been done and was basically asked every question that you have on record via email. Why do you consultants not have any information on hand? I refused to repeat myself yet again and told the consultant to get someone who has it and phone me within 30min. WHY was the monies NOT paid as promised and why is it I had to phone ONCE AGAIN. Have you nobody that can correspond via email promptly or are we to accept these pathetic time consuming phone calls which resolve nothing.
