I got in touch with Nedbank over a month ago telling them that Resolution Health cancelled my daughter's medical aid after I only wanted to get some information and then re-instated without telling me after I informed them that I was applying at another medical aid fund. Resolution promised to pay this back by 24 Feb, but then took another premium on 1 March and to date I have had problems in getting my money. The last correspondence indicated that it would take 2-3 days to sign off. I followed up again today to no avail.
These debit orders MUST BE STOPPED AND THOSE FUNDS TAKEN RE-PAID. Resolution is not doing it. Nedbank is not doing it. I am the client suffering!!
