Resolution Health you have once again proved to me how pathetic your client service is. A claim was submitted by C.E Mobility on 28 January, today I followed it up and was informed by C.E that a code was required. I phone your help line and they have no record of the claim. C.E gave me the person they were dealing with number Roane 011-8012446 which I phone and was told she was busy, I was put on hold and when someone answered they had no idea who Roane was. I told them to get her to phone me in the next 10 min as I was not prepared to phone again. The person at C.E told me that Roane is extremely rude, I am still waiting on her to call me. Is this the way your staff are trained to deal with suppliers and clients.
